what to do clinically in the mean time, and what may be on the horizon to help
the practitioner navigate these difficult and conflicted waters.
General approaches to ethical decision making that will
be portable to use in your own clinical setting. Absolutes and the gray areas
will be covered to make the process less baffling and useful in day-to-day
practice.
